Training

We can train you or your staff to work with a computer system.  From Computer Basics, Word Processors, Spreadsheets, Database Management, Photoshop, FrontPage, to setup, maintenance and troubleshooting your company network to avoid an onsite technician call.  We can train your people to do the job you need them to do to make your company more efficient and effective.

Most companies lack the ability to keep someone on staff full time to keep their employees up to speed on what they need to know on a day to day basis.  Education is the only way to stay on the "cutting edge" with the rest of your competitors nipping at your heels.  Stay out in front by training your staff to be more efficient in their daily computer tasks.

Personalized Training

For both our commercial and residential clients, PCRX Pittsburgh offers a wide variety of training solutions.

For the residential user, we offer 2 hour In-Home training sessions on your schedule. Take a course by yourself, or invite up to 3 friends or family members and combine a training session.

For commercial clients, we can train your staff On-Site, or at a 3rd party location in our half day or full day courses. We can train as many people as you desire. No request is too big or too small.

Fees

Individual training is provided at $25 dollars per hour.

Group training costs are calculated by how many individuals will attend the class. We provide custom materials and handouts to give your employees the  information to refer back to again when needed.  Call for a written quotation.
